‘HIGH ENERGY IN A GLASS’

Pear, Honey & Orange

GLASS: tall cocktail glass / Collins glass

INGREDIENTS:

45ml Vantage
30ml pear puree / 1 whole fresh ripe pear
muddled in Boston glass
10ml fresh lemon juice
1 tsp fresh honey / 15ml honey water*
1 fresh orange wedge

METHOD:

Place all ingredients into Boston glass with
the honey being the last ingredient to be placed on top of the others. Shake well with cubed ice and double strain into a glass over cubed ice.

GARNISH:

Simple: pear slice
Advanced: pear slice & orange zest / twist

*honey water - 100ml fresh honey / 500ml boiling water
mix well and bottle for easy use
