We recently were a part of a wonderful event on the Mornington Peninsula titled “Romeo & Juniper'“ which was held the day after Valentines Day.
The event featured a Build your own Gin & Tonic station, Cocktails from The Middle Men and a Pop-Up Gin Market with tastings from new and emerging Australian Distilleries including our very own Vantage Australia.
We are grateful to The Middle Men, who organised this wonderful event, for the honorary inclusion in this “gin lovers” event, of course Vantage has no juniper so is technically not considered a gin, but we can affirm that the gin lovers of the Peninsula didn’t mind at all - Vantage was a huge success!

THE VANTAGE SPRITZ
Glass:
Wine glass
Ingredients:
40ml Vantage Australia
20ml Bianco Vermouth
20ml Pampelle (French grapefruit aperitif)
Ice
Garnish:
Rosemary and a slice of grapefruit and/or Tasmanian pepperberries
Method:
Simply build the cocktail by pouring ingredients over ice and stir gently
