GLASS: whiskey tumbler or rocks glass
INGREDIENTS:
60ml Vantage
30ml Quandong liqueur OR Peach Liqueur
15ml lemon juice
1 bar spoon of Australian honey
1 egg white
METHOD:
Dry shake all ingredients together
in a Boston shaker, add ice and shake again. Double strain into tumbler with ice.

a lemon twist
