Created in Mexico for a beautiful female customer called Margarita, this drink is traditionally made with tequila and orange liqueur but is great to show case the flavours of Vantage. Combining Vantage and tequila with our recipe will bring out the earthy pepperberry notes through the tequila.
GLASS: chilled martini glass / Margarita coupe
INGREDIENTS:
30ml Vantage
15ml gold tequila
30ml fresh lime juice
10ml sugar syrup
METHOD:
Add all ingredients into Boston glass filled with cubed ice and shake well. Double strain into chilled glass.
GARNISH:
Simple: lime wedge on lip of glass / orange twist
