This drink was created by Dale DeGroff in New York for Absolut Citron Vodka. Vantage works fantastically in this recipe as the Australian botanicals bring out the lemon myrtle and mandarin flavours in both the recipe and Vantage.
GLASS: chilled coupe martini glass
INGREDIENTS:
30ml Vantage
10ml Cointreau
10ml fresh lime juice
20ml cranberry juice
METHOD:
Shake with 5-6 ice cubes and double strain into a chilled martini / coupe glass
GARNISH:
orange / mandarin flamed zest
