Originally made with peach liqueur and puree, Vantage is a great substitute for the liqueur as it will complement any fruit puree used for flavoured Bellini’s.
GLASS: Champagne / Champagne coupe
INGREDIENTS:
30ml Vantage
20ml fresh fruit puree (white peach is classic but other fruit flavours can work well too - such as berries)
Prosecco / Champagne / sparkling wine
METHOD:
Shake Vantage and puree and strain into Champagne glass and slowly add champagne while stirring gently.
For serving larger groups - put all ingredients in proportion into large mixing jug and stir slowly; from here you can pour the already mixed Bellini mixture into chilled Champagne glasses.
