GLASS: Tall (or Highball Glass)
INGREDIENTS:
60ml Vantage
30ml Hansells Mandarin & Lime Bitters Syrup
60ml unsweetened pineapple juice
90ml Passionfruit soda
2 mint leaves
5 drops Angostura Bitters
METHOD:
Place all liquid in a cocktail stirring glass. Break mint to release the flavour and place in the mixture. Stir to combine flavours. Strain into your favourite cocktail glass over ice.

A passionfruit half and mint
