Lemon & Vanilla Martini

GLASS: chilled coupe martini glass

INGREDIENTS:

60ml Vantage
15ml dry Vermouth
30ml fresh lemon juice
25ml Monin vanilla syrup

METHOD:

Place all ingredients into Boston shaker
and shake well with cubed ice. Double strain
into chilled coupe martini glass.

GARNISH:

Simple: lemon twist / zest

Advanced: lemon wedge dipped into
vanilla sugar*

*scrape vanilla bean pod and blend
with castor sugar
