THE SPIRIT OF CANBERRA ‘THE INGREDIENTS SAY IT ALL’

Dill & Blood Orange

GLASS: whiskey tumbler / coupe martini glass

INGREDIENTS:

60ml Vantage
10ml Monin vanilla syrup
10ml fresh lemon juice
1 medium fresh dill sprig / stem
20ml blood orange juice

METHOD:

Place dill in Boston shaker and muddle gently,
add the rest of the ingredients and shake well
with cubed ice. Double strain into rocks glass
over cubed ice.

GARNISH:

Simple: blood orange zest/twist

Advanced: orange zest / twist & fresh dill sprig
