Australia’s favourite vegetable is combined with
rose and vanilla to create ‘The Red Centre’
GLASS: chilled coupe martini glass
INGREDIENTS:
60ml Vantage
30ml beetroot juice OR 1 whole fresh beet, skinned & muddled
5ml Monin rose syrup
1 large tsp vanilla sugar
10ml fresh lemon juice
15ml fresh cloudy apple juice
METHOD:
Muddle the beetroot in Boston shaker or if using
juice just add all the ingredients into Boston shaker
and shake well before double straining into a chilled martini
glass / coupe glass.
