GLASS: Chilled martini glass.
6 x white grapes
2 x lemon wedges
1 x tsp. vanilla sugar*
Muddle grapes, lemon wedges and sugar in shaker, pour in Vantage and shake well with cubed ice and double strain into chilled martini glass.
*Vanilla sugar: Take one dried vanilla bean and 1kg white sugar, blend 1/5 vanilla bean with 200 grams of sugar and repeat 5 times - store in air tight jars.
