Dill & Blood Orange

GLASS: Whiskey tumbler // Rocks glass

INGREDIENTS:
45ml Vantage
10ml Monin vanilla syrup
10ml Fresh lemon juice
1 medium fresh dill sprig // stem
20ml Blood orange juice

METHOD:
Place dill in Boston glass and muddle gently, add the rest of the ingredients and shake well with cubed ice. Double strain into rocks glass over cubed ice.

GARNISH:
Simple: Blood orange zest/twist
Advanced: Orange zest // twist & Fresh dill sprig
